Was worried about installing in the spring/winter but this company was fantastic. From start to finish. Miki (spelling?), was an absolute delight at first contact and Sam was incredible coordinating everything, including the inspections. The installation crew was awesome and made sure everything was exactly as discussed at the initial consultation before leaving. Five stars

We had an outstanding experience with the installation of our Generac generator. From start to finish, the entire team was prompt, courteous, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. The installation crew worked quickly and professionally, and they left the area spotless when the job was complete. Jason, the owner, was especially impressive. He was extremely competent, organized, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He and his team handled everything seamlessly while I was at work, and my wife was home during the installation. She was very impressed with how fast the crew worked, how respectful and kind they were, and how accommodating they were throughout the entire process. They managed everything without needing to interrupt or inconvenience her, which made the experience even better. The sales and office staff were equally professional—responsive, friendly, and patient. Our calls were always answered promptly, and every question was handled thoroughly. Overall, a smooth, well-run operation from top to bottom.

Got our Generac installed today! So Happy! Generator Super Center did a fantastic job! Everyone was knowledgeable and professional in their field. They even helped with financing options! We used financing through the Home Depot and got 2 years no interest financing. The Super Center had great follow up. They answered all my questions and concerns. They called me back quickly throughout the whole process. The installers know EXACTLY what they are doing. The professionalism from the office to the job site was 5 stars across the board! This morning, in typical early March weather, the Generator guys installed my Generac inline generator. What a great job they did.. the site work was very well done and everything was up and running in a couple of hours. They were so efficient, I didn't have any questions, and they covered details down to the keys! What a great piece of mind knowing no more disasters of no heat or electricity! Great experience

I got an estimate from another company, but once they place the generator I then needed to contact someone else to connect it to my gas line. Generator Supercenter completed everything. Plus, they contacted the gas company to schedule replacement of my old meter.

Drew and the entire crew made this experience seamless. The installers were polite, friendly, competent and and tidy. The pre and post support was fantastic, the expectations around logistics, installation timing and ongoing service support was spot on. Very responsive and fixed the problem

They show up when they said they would, tech was well versed in what he was going to do. Had a discussion about generators, he gave me an education about them. The service, price, were good, the professional appearance and approach to his job were exceptional.

very good people. good equipment. works great, very happy with the equipment. only issues i have is that the drove a bit much on my lawn, i think that it was a little bit unnessary. but other than that they did a excellent job.
