Genesis 1 Construction, LLC, is a commercial and residential construction company that performs the application of E.I.F.S. and stucco systems, roofing, remodeling, renovation, additions and facilities maintenance in the greater Cleveland area. Since 2009 we have performed for large developers, property managers, commercial retailers and numerous homeowners in the most professional and effective manner. We finish our projects on time and on budget. Our core capabilities are self-performing E.I.F.S. and stucco systems, roofing, rough and finished carpentry, drywall installation and repair, painting and providing general contracting services for small to medium size projects.
