Tom Gio was very professional. Everything was done in a timely manner and he was a pleasure to deal with. Answered all my questions which I had many. Also, one of my biggest issues when selecting a contractor was that some of them wanted me to pull the permits. Tom did everything and made my life easier. Took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I would definitely use Tom again and refer him to others.

Our project was a complete gutting and remodel of a cottage. It called for new walls, floors, kitchen, bathroom, den, insulation, floors, all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC and siding the exterior. We bid the job to three NH contractors and Tom was cheaper by $10-20K. He completed the job on budget and schedule. He and his subcontractors were very professional and responsive up to and including the final hit list. We would hire him again should the need occur.
