Derrell was prompt about coming over to provide the estimate; he followed up with me to see if he had been the low estimate, and he was right on time to complete the job.

A Mr. Chris Wilcox came to inspect and fix my leak. He was very pleasant, answered any questions I had. I'd recommend Mr. Wilcox to anyone. He was quick and through.

Genesis service at this point is great. They listened and were very helpful with my project. We are trying to finalized arrangements. The work has not started yet but the professionalism is refreshing for me at this point.

So far I am pleased with the service. I like having the list of professionals from which to choose. Mr. Taylor, who did the closet work that I had explained to Mr. Williams, saw that my expectations for the available space were not very realistic, nor was it possible to complete the work there. He did, however, do the second small project I needed done. He was professional, courteous, and knew what he was doing. I am pleased with him and his expertise.

I was very satisfied with their work product. They were on time, very professional and courteous, and cleaned up completely after they finished. The price did seem somewhat high but considering I could not have done the projects myself it was certainly worth the price.
