Lucy is a true professional. She cleans thoroughly and she does it the way you want it done. She is happy to work with any special cleaners if you have allergies or asthma. She is dependable and shows up ready to work. She has such a sunny disposition and she doesn?t blare music while she works. Her communication skills are excellent and her prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Lucy and Genesis cleaning.

The service overall is good. Sometimes it was not as thorough as other times but Lucy usually makes sure they are covered in the next cleaning.

Good work. Sometimes because of health problems I can?t get things picked up as I need to, but she just works around my mess and makes it look great anyway.

They do such an amazing! I first hired them to do a move in cleaning when I bought my house back in July. They were so communicative and transparent about the entire cleaning process.
