They did an excellent job cleaning our 2,900 sq ft home.

Ms. Williams is a very nice lady who seeks to do the best job possible for her clients. There were some things missed but overall, the crew that she sent did a good job. The crew leader knocked down my towel rack and damaged the wall. He offered to fix and replace but has not replaced or fixed. This is my second time hiring a cleaning company. The price is higher in comparison to others but Ms Carolyn stands behind her work and her satisfaction guarantee.

They did not thoroughly clean the empty drawers (there was even a dead roach in my bathroom drawer), did not clean the microwave, and there was dust all around.

OMG!!! Awesome Awesome Awesome. Sold, my home and needed to move out within 3 days before closing. had a lot that needed to go to landfill or recycling center and i ran behind. I was able to reschedule with them from Saturday to Monday when I would be back at the home to pick up last few things and all the landfill and recycling items. They made my what would have been a 2 hour last minute big stuff transport to the landfill at the house to a 15 min pick what I need and leave the rest for them to take care of it all! They cleaned EVERYTHING!! door handles, cabinets, the actual doors themselves, blinds, literally EVERYTHING, took care of all the landfill and recycled items, and left the house spotless for turnkey to the new owners, just as promised!! Would HIGHLY recommend, and if there was 6 stars available, I'd rate them 6 stars. Will be using them again for move out/move in cleanings!!

I love what they did to my mother's house. Carolyn did such a good job that I asked if I could hug her when it was done. I would highly recommend her and in the future when I get to the point that I can get my house clean, I will be calling he.

On phone, I had asked them for stain removal in one room and bathroom cleaning. But seems they didn't communicate the needs to the workers correctly and they didn't do stain removal.

Caroline and Charles who helped her both very nice, polite, wanted to do a good job. They were so quiet! Almost forgot they were here, and then we go to see our new clean bathroom, and it was REALLY dirty, so they had to work hard. I paid them more than they asked as they deserved it. Thank you!
