I have used Genesis services for many years. I have bought equipment from them both new and used as well as using their services. I have always been satisfied and pleased with the outcome.

Excellent service and advice! Got right to the point as to my problems/options available. Refreshing to hear a computer person communicating in "plain English" vs. all of the other computer companies who say things I don't understand! Will definitely be calling on them again when needed.

Ms. Lisa and her crew were great to work with. My computer had been broken for over a year and hp couldn't fix it, but Genesis Computer did. They picked it up with no contact and delivered it. I gave her an air hug because I was so appreciative of the job she did and the kindness she showed. I recommend Genesis Computer Repair & Sales 100%.

This job entailed placing a new computer, modem/router and printer in service to replace an older configuration. Lisa contacted me minutes after placing my query. She was helpful in answering my question about which printer may be appropriate for my use. After all my equipment arrived Lisa set a schedule for Beau to make the installation. He arrived on time, moved all data over, and set up the other devices. He tested the modem/router and printer for compatibility and confirmed that the computer had all programs and files. Now, let us talk about the real important issues. Lisa 's response was amazing. She followed up with me to schedule the job. Likewise, Beau was a professional, efficient gentleman who explained things along the way. And I like those attributes. Genesis is now my 'go to' service provider for any issue I may have with my home office.
