Mr. Beau did an outstanding job installing 2 65" and a 85" tvs in my apartment. He also concealed the wires behind the walls. The job was Top-notch! He was very professional. Knowledgeable and courteous.

Hired to mount a tv. After being cancelled on two different times, the guy showed up right at the end of the window. He was friendly but not overly talkative. When he left rather quickly and we looked at the tv, we noticed that it had been mounted off center. After asking the company to remediate it, they said that they always ask for approval etc. and that they would not come back to fix the mistake. 0/10

Beau, did a great job hanging my Samsung Frame TV and SONOS arc above fireplace, hiding the one connect box and cords in the wall. Prior to the appointment Lisa and Beau asked the right questions and explained the process.

Beau came early for the job. He hung our new 50in tv on the bedroom wall using a swivel mount we purchased. He was done in less than 20min from unpacking the tv and mount to logging our Wifi in. Great Job and we would highly recommend him and would use him again.

I needed my projector connected to my surround sound and was not sure how to get everything to work together. They came out and got everything working together pretty quick. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again, if needed! 10/10 would recommend!

These guys were great. Not only didn’t they instal my tv mount which was a mantel mount mm815. They also installed a few other things that was pertinent to my work flow. I would recommend these guys to anyone wanting to install a tv. Good Job Lisa and Bo. I’m a very satisfied customer. I will be using then again.

Our technician, Beau, did a great job. The project included mounting an 85 inch TV and sound bar on our Family room wall. This included putting an outlet behind the TV and hiding all wires. Beau was very familiar with how this work needed to be done and was meticulous in getting in getting the details done right. He communicated extremely well throughout the process and performed the work very neatly, and when the job was completed he made sure everything was cleaned up. Genesis?s office communicated with me well throughout this process, as I required several changes to the date as the delivery of my TV was delayed. I highly recommend Genesis for TV installation and similar projects.
