We refused the job. No work was done.
Not to hire this company they do not stand by their work . They give you the run around and they do not resolve anything.
Mr.Connor. We are waiting for the part to come in. It is coming from Canada. I ordered it on September 9, 2022. I contacted this past Friday and the manufacturer told me that they are 6-8 weeks out for my part to be released and then should ship within 1-2 days. That is all I can do. I am tired of our company taking the hit since this COVID CRAP. It is not my company fault. We have to wait we are at the mercy of the manufacturer.
They are not a trustworthy company; they do not deliver on their promises; they do not install what they say they will install. Not a good company to deal with.
I hired Genesis Design to install a new water heater. I am very disappointed in both the quality of their work, as well as their lack of communication when they were informed of the failing grade by the city inspector. I dont feel this is professional at all and now they wont return any calls or emails to get them to fix this. Im very frustrated and I will not recommend this company to anyone.
First they did not show up when they said they would. Second, they had to cut the drywall to replace the washer box and in the process tore it up. Said it would cost an additional $200 to repair in addition to the $280 it was already costing. Third, they did not clean up after themselves. Left a mess on the floor.

The technician was very courteous, discussed the work he was doing, did a great job of cleaning up the worksite, and provided me details on the materials he used.

I was very impressed with Lee and his son. They contacted me promptly, gave me a fair estimate and arrived within and hour and a half the same day. They fixed the leak and explained the irrigation system to me (I inherited the existing irrigation system when I bought the house). Apart from that they are very nice people and even diagnosed my car problem--service above and beyond :). I would definitely use their services in the future and will recommend them to my family and neighbors. Thank you, Lee and Jonathan.
