"Mr.Connor. We are waiting for the part to come in. It is coming from Canada. I ordered it on September 9, 2022. I contacted this past Friday and the manufacturer told me that they are 6-8 weeks out for my part to be released and then should ship within 1-2 days. That is all I can do. I am tired of our company taking the hit since this COVID CRAP. It is not my company fault. We have to wait we are at the mercy of the manufacturer."

The problem is now is she has a balance of $7000 for extra services she ordered and does not have the money to pay."
"Not a good experience. Our company did not do his sprinkler system. It was done by another company. He hired our company to relocate his irrigation box and burry the water lines. The water lines were buried 4 feet. Did he trash talk? Just Sprinklers? he hired. Our job was completed and Nick was very happy. There were no leaks. His controller unit was broken before we took the job. He even signed the work order acknowledging the broken controller but he did not want to pay to fix it. "I thought you were happy with the work and the price value. So we actually were there three hours and I charge you for 2.5 The estimate was based on a standard install. It was $250 more because you had mold and there were complications with removing the old sink because of the mold. also, we do not guarantee appointments. You have to consider that when we are at a job just like we were at your job even though reported you for only two hours of work and it took longer he will remain until we are finished. That is why if we are late with an appointment that is the reason. We do not leave the job site until we complete the job and finish."
"Ruben, I went back on my invoices to see who you were and I remember that you had a father that was I'll and we helped you get a hotel room. Furthermore, you paid us for an inspection report from your insurance company that they requested from you in which your insurance paid $12,000 from the report we sent to your adjuster. We only charged you for both (2) separate reports that you asked for. Surely, you wouldn't expect us to do the job that you did on your own for $250 that we charged you for the report. Thanks for the review unfavorable while you got payment which you would have never received if it hadn't been for our report."
"I am sorry for the experience you had. However, because of high prices in gas unfortunately, we charged you a trip charge because of the distance (over 100 miles) for a $250 invoice . I think most contractors are charging a trip charge to offset the high prices of gas. If you are within a 50 mile radius, we don't charge a trip charge. You were exactly 121 miles from Albuquerque. I think we were the only service company willing to go out to your residence."
