OUR APPROACH At Genesis Property Maintenance we believe that your purchase of a home or rental is one of the most important decisions you will make in your lifetime. I want to take over all the time consuming chores and repairs so you can spend your time with family or working on the projects you WANT to work on and not on those you have to do daily or monthly. OUR STORY I have owned companies in the US and Mexico and know the value in service. Unfortunately most of those in the property maintenance field get so busy that they lose the importance of true old fashioned service. I strive to keep my clients to a minimum so I have the time to do what needs to get done. I have spent the last 20 years in the home construction/service industry. Over that time there isn’t much that I haven’t seen. Allow me to bring that experience to bear and help you enjoy your days, weeks and families.
