Quality of work: Very good to excellent Communications: Fair to poor. They do good work, but their communication skills leave a lot to be desired. The first stage of our project was completed quickly and competently. However, after we signed a maintenance contract with them, they suddenly became unresponsive. Emails and telephone calls are not returned properly, and in our case have largely been ignored altogether for several weeks. The company is certainly capable of quality work, but if you require an open dialog with management as part of your business relationship, this may not be the right firm for you.

I was very pleased. The brick walk blends with the house coloring. The new stone wall and landscaping sets off the corner perfectly. Chris was terrific. The work was completed in one day to my surprise!

What a wonderful job they did! I am amazed at how beautiful my yard and house look! Great job! I would recommend them to anyone!

They do great work. Could be a bit more courteous. However, I was looking to add beauty to my home with expert landscaping and that's what I got. I'll probably use them again next year for my back patio. They followed through and gave me a new tree after the deer at the first one and made sure all the lighting worked great. Lighting is absolutely a knockout and the envy of all the neighbors.

The project has not begun yet. Presently being scheduled. Will rate when job is complete.

I would highly recommend Genesis Landscaping to anyone. Very responsive and when they had an opening in the schedule, they brought a huge crew and got the job finished in one day. Price was in-between other previous quotes, but the quality was excellent and neighbors were very impressed. When a flaw in the design was discovered, Douglas and Chris (the owner) were quick to give alternatives which were more than acceptable. Responsive, experienced, knowledgeable, competitively priced and high quality.

They followed up with me prior to making a decision (I was waiting on another estimate), and once I decided to have them do the job, they were able to schedule the job much quicker than I anticipated. My contact was extremely courteous and explained thir pricing when I didn't agree with everything. They overestimated one of the components of the job in the original estimation, and when they didn't use as much as was anticipated, they charged me only what they used, so the final was a little less. Very fair and they did a beautiful job!

The Company did a great job. They responded quickly and with courtesy. Good work....

They finished the job in 1.5 days and I was very pleased with the work. I would certainly recommend them.

I liked the fact that Chris is looking to develop a relationship with me as a client as opposed to just looking to make a quick buck. He surveyed my property made suggestions for the short and long term, provided me a detailed proposal that offered me many options on how to proceed. A true professional!!!!
