Really nice guy. Came out at 8:30 at night with his wife to fix my faucet. Day before it was mothers day and he was out at my house on a Sunday, mothers day, to change my valves.

Do yourself a favor and hire an experienced professional not this company. Poor communication, arrived late, trashed my house, inexperienced, unprofessional. The helper spent the entire time organizing their work trailer but yet they charge $95.00 per hour. What a joke. Caused more issues than existed before, made rookie mistakes and then charged me for them. Turned a simple repair into a nightmare. Would not give me a quote verbally or in writing. Hundreds of dollars of damages to my property and left a mess. Avoid them and hire a real company and a real professional not Genesis Plumbing.
Response from Genesis Plumbing Corporation
"Very sorry we did not live up to your expectations. Customer satisfaction is are main priority. In defense of Genesis plumbing, we had no choice but to remove tile to repair your leak since you had back to back bathrooms with tile on both sides of the walls. You were made well aware of this before we started. The rate we charged you was for one man and is less then most of our competitors. You were not charged time and a half wages even though it was a Saturday. Furthermore, we were never asked for a quote. As far as the mess goes we had most of it cleaned up when you explicitly said you would finish what was left to save money on the bill. Finally, I have over 30 years of local plumbing experience most of which is in the field, graduated from a vo-tech school (1982) with a certificate in the field of plumbing and heating, and passed my Florida State certified plumbing contractors test. (1st time). You never left me with the impression you were unhappy about anything. Again we apologize that we were unable to satisfy you and promise you we will learn from our failures and try harder the next time out. Sincerely, Greg Cherrington. (President and Owner)."

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
They were agreeable to work with us on fixing our tub which was moving when we stepped out of it..they did what they said they would and we saved over a $1000.00by not having to replace a steel tub that was only 7 years old. I would hire them again!

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
Very professional and neat. Did clean up job after work was done. Had to hire a plumber next day to install new faucet. Genesis would have charged to much. Lowes did it cheaper with good work. Also Lowes found the shut off valve under the sink was left open and he had to close it.

these 2 gentlemen did a great job. i thought i needed a replacement of my shower/tub. they were able to refit the plumbing and hardware. they also installed a new shut off valve outside my home. i'm usually skeptical about contractors. i've used genesis and an air conditioning company from homeadvisor and am pleased with both. great website with great contractors.

Genesis Plumbing is a small business and the owner, Greg was very professional. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. He was quick to respond to my request and installed the water heater the same day that I called.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I liked dealing with a true local small business. In fact, the owner of the company was the one to do the install. Very polite, provided next day service and was prompt with the appointment we set. Plus this was the lowest quote I received out of 5 plumbers I spoke with. There were no surprises either. The quite was what I paid.
