Prompt. Explained what he was doing. Told me why he did not need to replace roof. Fine for a few more years. Also explained recoat option. Found additional issues that needed to be done. Chimney skirt, extra caulking around skylight, to protect from rain down chimney and skylight. Paid attention to detail and explained it to me.

Steve did a great job of cleaning the moss off the roof. He also installed 2 harnesses and fixed flashing around the vents. He took pictures before and after and sent them to us. He was prompt, and professional. We had a hard time finding any company who wanted to clean off the roof. The job was "too small" for other companies we called.

Steve tackled a difficult roof install with professionalism and skill. The work was completed in a timely manner, clean up was excellent, and the finished roof is gorgeous. I have worked with many contractors, and many are not good communicators. Steve has excellent communication skills and kept my informed of his progress all along the way. Steve repaired a leak around a vent pipe and up the seam to the top of the roof and replaced two plastic vents which were cracked. He was very knowledgable and responded really fast to both e-mail and phone. We were impressed and are sure it was repaired well. We recommend him very highly.

Steve was able to identify the problem with my roof, from the digital photos that I sent him and assured me that it was not a leak, but a moisture problem. He then came to the house and gave me a bid for the work. As soon as the weather was good enough, Steve was here early and got the job done. Steve was dead on accurate with his assessment of the problem. Not only was he able to fix the problem for a very reasonable price, he did more work than we agreed upon, at no additional charge. I found Steve to very ethical and professional in how he conducted business with me. He did not sell me more than I needed to fix the problem and his vast knowledge in the roofing industry, left me feeling that I was in good hands. Call him for any roofing needs and you will know why.
