2 trees 100+ feet tall. The crew was great! I would hire them . However they were not given ear protection even tho there were as many as 6 chain saws working at one time. No sledge hammer, only one hand truck. Does crew know they have legal right to 2 breaks a day? There was no contract to say that Genesis owned the trees if I hired them. I donated some of wood to Wood Turners to make bowls etc, but every request fell thru. Big branches were not saved, big section of trunk got cut up, boss also wanted giant piece so they took it.

I had a fig tree that was dropping random branches and taking over the yard. After taking some bids, I hired Genesis Tree Services to cut down and remove my tree. The crew was punctual, professional, and worked hard. My tree had branches that hung over the neighborâ s yard and those branches were removed with care, as were all the branches on my property, without hitting anything as they were taken down and to the truck. The stump was ground to the ground level and when the work was completed, my yard looked cleaner than when they started! Best of all, the final cost was the same as the estimate! I would definitely hire Genesis Tree Services again! They are a pleasure to work with.

They were very careful cutting down a mature liquidambar tree in close proximity to the house. Upper branches were roped off and lowered slowly to keep them away from the roof. Yard was cleaned up exceptionally well, leaving no debris behind. The climber was highly skilled. It was captivating watching him climb 50 feet up the tree, roping himself off, tying off the branches, cutting them, and carefully lowering them to helpers below...quite the lumberjack. We were very pleased with the result.

Because of the massive storm that blew threw in the end of January my beautiful shade tree split. I got other bids for the job and I chose Genesis. I do not have one complaint and I'm hard to please. They were great. They arrived within the window, they were kind and professional. It took them approx 3 hours to take down a 40 ft tree, grind the stump and clean up after themselves. Because the branches of the tree were on my neighbors patio cover they removed 1 section of the fence and placed it back when they were done. Super nice guys and $800 less than the next lowest bid I got. Hire them with confidence!

These young men are AWESOME! Before they removed the stump...they had to remove the tree that was leaning on the roof of our house. Amazing job they did from start to finish...almost like they hadn't even been there! Looking forward to our next tree work...we know who we are going to call!

I am very pleased with this company from beginning to end. Edward came out quickly and gave me an estimate, which was well below all the other estimates. The crew showed up the next week, on time and ready to begin. I had a lot of tall tree and shrubs removed and stumps grounded up. They worked all day and past dark cleaning it all up. They are a great company and I highly recommend them! I am happy with the whole experience.

I would rate them higher than 5 stars if possible. I had three large trees removed and the stumps ground down. Their prices are reasonable and they listen to what you want done, do it, and the clean-up is excellent. The crew was courteous and anxious to please. I highly recommend this service and will use them again.

They were timely and efficient. They could have been better on cleanup and communication about where I wanted the chipped wood to be left.

These guys were great. They stacked all the wood neatly and out of the way. And cleaned up the area before they left. Their quote was almost half that of other arborists.

They were very nice young men. They cleared all the cut limbs out and used a blower to collect all the down leaves. They stayed on task and completed the job in no time. Of course there are always a few small limbs that were missed but that is to be expected. Over all I would recommend them.
