This was the first appliance repair service I've hired for a dryer repair. Tim was able to come out the same day and immediately diagnosed the problem. The entire service call was 30 minutes and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use Genie Appliance Repair again.

Responded to my emergency quickly. Excellent service. Charges for coming to Silverton from Salem, investigating my refrigerators issue and then fixing it all on one call was amazing. His total charge was very reasonable and was less than Sears quoted me for just coming out and assessing the problem. I can be hard to please sometimes and I was very impressed and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Tim called to let see if it was okay if he was 1/2 hr EARLY for appt. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem--a clogged drain pipe--and only charged for the service fee. His is one of the few business cards I will keep in my wallet. Tim will be my go-to serviceman for appliance repairs. Thank you Tim!

Tim came and serviced our broken washing machine less than 48 hours after we inquired online for a quote. He was on time and very knowledge about our unit. He gave very honest advice on if putting money into repairs for our specific unit was a wise decision vs buying a new unit. I felt like he actually wanted to help me and do what s best for me not simply make a paycheck. Will use Tim again for any other appliance issues and highly recommend!
