They responded quickly, set a date and time for the work and completed it in the time frame given, they were very tidy and careful in completing the project. We found them to be professional and responsive. the price for the work was reasonable.

Though it is a bit pre-mature, due to the current climatic view, I will say that my current expectations are excellent. They were timely, informative and delivered as was expected. With those weather changes on the fringe of the season, I hope that my selecting them for their specific job will prove to be accurate...a 10 or better.

GeniePRO, Igho did an good job of defining the scope of work and reviewing it with me. His subcontractor, Victor, did an excellant job of replacing all fascia boards and repainting the entire exterior of the house. I am completely satisfied with the work.

We had the exterior of our two story home painted. Igho was professional and personable. He was always available, responding promptly to calls, texts, and emails. The paint crew was attentive to detail, worked hard, and did a fantastic job. The house looks great. They even pressure washed windows and the front and rear porches. This wasn’t part of the contract, but the crew chief said he just wanted to do it. I highly recommend Genie Pro.

GeniePro just completed some exterior repairs and a complete exterior repainting of my home. I was impressed! The company owner, Igho Ayoro, was by far the most professional of the contractors who provided bids, from the way he assessed and advised on the work needed, presented his bid and then supervised the work through to completion. The painter he uses has worked for him exclusively for over 6 years and does excellent work. At every step he checked to be sure he understood exactly what I wanted (even including some additional items that weren't in the contract) and then completed the work perfectly with the help of his two assistants. When the work was complete he had me inspect the complete job to be sure that I was totally satisfied before he cleaned up the site and drove off into the sunset! My expectations were more than satisfied and I have no hesitation in giving GeniePro my highest recommendation.

Igho Ayoro was amazing way beyond expectations. House is 48 years old. GeniePRO replaced trim using Hardi plank, made repairs on all sides prior to exterior painting Craftsman style house and installed gutters both sides including sun room. Neighbors are asking about who did the work and I am recommending Igho and his team. Great work great price. He came by during project personally inspecting all work. I am so enjoying my new home.

We arranged for them to pressure wash on a Friday. He called on Wednesday to ask if his crew could start that day. I left work to meet his crew, to open the gate and block the doggie door. I was halfway home and he called back and cancelled. I was annoyed, but whatever. The crew came to pressure wash on the arranged Friday, and after our inspection, the fascia and soffit were still dirty and some fascia was damaged. We asked if they used House Wash (a product sold at Home Depot), and they said no, they just used cold water. On Saturday, the scheduled painting day, the boss Igho came and we showed him the dirt. He said the only option was bleach! We said how much do we owe you for the 50 minutes of work done on Friday, and said nothing and left. Another annoyance was they put up an advertising sign in our yard without asking. It would not have been a problem if they had asked permission, and/or done a good job.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

From bid to completion was one week. Crew arrived before daylight and finished in one day. Crew was receptive to my concerns and immediately corrected. Cleaned up when finished and all came to say good bye and shake hands. I couldn't ask for any more.

GeniePro did a great job on painting the exterior of my house. The house is two story with some high soffits and siding. They took care to make sure the property was protected from overspray and cleaned up everyday. Would definitely hire again.

Igho did a great job communicating with me about the work schedule. I was pleased overall with the wood and trim work and the painting. The only downside to the work done on my home was painters were a bit rough on my front bed landscaping. They could have taken more care there but overall the job was done effectively and according to schedule.

Having worked with painting contractors in the past, I highly GeniePRO. Igho, the owner, did a great job of presenting the necessary information, making recommendations, working through the scope/details, and taking care of all the formalities needed to make me feel confident that this was a legitimate operation (i.e. proof of insurance; contract development/finalization). He was on time to our estimate appointment, was easy to work with, and was prompt in answering my questions to setup the job. I continued to see and hear from him at least daily throughout the job. He also supervised his team through the final touch ups until I was satisfied. The GeniePRO team did a high quality job prepping, painting, and finishing the exterior of my home. Part of the scope was to clean and stain unfinished and weathered cedar beams above my back patio, which looks great now. They did a good job cleaning up after completion too. I will definitely be returning for my next paint job.
