Genis Construction LLC

Amazing experience and work! Thank you Dori and his team

It was a pleasure working with them, very friendly and honest and great work.

Dori and his team were great from the first conversation I had with him on the phone. Very patient, understanding and fast to come to my house for a free quote. Out of the 4 companies who stopped by, Genis Construction are who I went with. From the time of the quote, waiting for HOA approval of the job (which Dori wrote up an excellent description of exactly what was to be done and materials used), to completion of the immediate work was less than 3 weeks. Most of the wait was delay by our HOA. All of this was in light of finding a lot of rot during our deck remedy job. Dori instantly called once he uncovered the problem and proposed several solutions. For peace of mind we requested the most complete, and most expensive, option. Dori was very understanding with the change in timeline, workforce needed, and cost/payment. Fast forward those 3 weeks and we could not be happier! The deck feels solid and looks beautiful! We can only hope when we’re ready for the next project that Genis Construction, and Dori, will take on our headache of a home.

Very nice and friendly company, Dori was very nice to work with. I carefully explained to him all my roofing requirements and his work was exceptional. Roof is new, the leaking stopped, had he also gave me a discount in the end. Amazing guys!

My brother recommended Dori to me when I needed my deck fixed. Really happy he did, Dori was great to work with and did a very good job. He showed up when he said he would and you can tell he actually cares about his work. Deck looks great now and everything was done properly. Really nice guy too.
