From start to finish Gennaro and his team were beyond excellent. Friendly and very hardworking, they were happy to answer any questions and kept us informed of the work being done with explanations on how it was being done. Our home is built on an uneven concrete slab and in terrible condition where we could not lay flooring without the issue being fixed. Well Gennaro and his team fixed the issue, levelled our floor and laid approximately 400sq ft of tile. My explanation doesn't go anywhere near to say how much work this actually was but they handled it very quickly. I will definitely hire Gennaro again for any future work I need doing, and have no hesitation in recommending to anyone who wants quality work done in their home or business. Thank you so much Gennaro if it wasn't for you and your team we would still be turning in circles not knowing how to fix the issue we had.

I am requesting once again what you promised you would give us after the completion of our project. I am requesting the itemized spreadsheet with all adjustments and corrections as were made throughout the renovation. You have not provided it despite the fact that HomeAdvisor also asked on our behalf. Would you not want to have a total updated complete spreadsheet when you believe that you have spend over $100,000 on the renovation of a 900 square foot ranch? I don't understand why you have refused to give us this accounting? I have no intention of changing the evaluation that I gave you previously, as the work that you completed was excellent. However, I will change these comments once you provide the information you promised to give us.

he work is good

Gennaro's Property Management built an addition to our home for my handicapped husband. We are totally happy with the result. It is beautiful and functions perfectly. My husband can get to the bathroom without his walker. The workmanship was superb.

I do not have a definitive schedule. It's been two months since they started and all I have is footings and grading around the footings. Some of the PT 6 by 6 by 12's have warped already from being exposed to the sun. I was told that he wanted to get the platform built ASAP but they must be working other jobs (I understand that they might have multiple projects running). With regards to my AC system, the way things are going, I'll have my system up and running by Christmas.

I felt cared for throughout the process. The water damage to my house was pretty extensive requiring months of work. I was kept well informed of where we were throughout the process & Gennaro worked beautifully with an outside mediation company needed b/c of problems with my homeowners insurance company. At this point, I still need to sue the roofer that caused the water damage & Gennaro will be there with me for that phase, too. Gennaro & his team do wonderful work. I couldn't be more pleased with them.

Genarro & his crew removed and replaced the poorly constructed Living & Dining Room roof, roof beam, and exterior partition walls. The original roof framing dry-rotted from lack of ventilation. They replaced clerestory windows, siding and entire roof and downspouts. I would recommend this contractor for any building addition project.

I needed an emergency repair to a broken sewer line. Gennaro quickly responded. Gennaro and his crew knew exactly how to diagnose and repair the issue. They were fast, friendly and got the job the done. I plan to hire them again to complete other projects. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any home project.

Gennaro's knows his work. He was able to determine what the problem was within seconds of arriving. Very Nice person, and makes certain the job is completed before leaving. I would use his services again.

The job was very well done, my bathtub replacement turned into a full gutting of my bathroom. Consequently it cost 2 1/2 times the original estimate. But it is worth it to me to have room to store everything, and it looks great.

They responded to my left message promptly and efficiently both times that I called. Although a little delayed in arriving at my home they worked efficiently on the clogged and slow moving drains to solve the problems. I will hire them if/when I have additional problems.

He's a great plumber with good experience

I went thru two other plumbers before hiring Gennaro. He was fantastic from start to finish. He and his team did excellent work, promptly and correctly. I ended up hiring him for additional plumbing work with the same excellent service. I highly recommend this company. I even recommended him to my tile guy and real estate agent.

I like attention, and good job with outstanding result.

They called, and came on the same day to evaluate the problem. On the next day (Sunday) They installed the new water heater. They were prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

I had a complicated plumbing problem. Gennaro came, proposed solution, figured the least expensive way to fix it, made several phone calls to different suppliers to find the best price for me and got it done. That���s the contractor I will always use.

He is wonderful and his prices are reasonable. Very courteous, knew what to do and he was excellent as far as I am concerned.

Showed up on time, did what they promised, installed same day as they evaluated situation, very friendly and polite service, will look to use again in future.
