They far exceeded all of our expectations and would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs and I did they also did the tile work for as well These guys are full service. I was given an estimate on the spot The price was not the cheapest or the most expensive. The crew was clean, professional, on time, and did not play games with adding extra costs. Ramiro is very Talented and Knowledgeable but most important he takes PRIDE in the work he does. He listened to what I wanted and he and I talked about different ways to get the results I wanted. I had to have some floor tiles replaced, then a threshold put in, Ramiro noticed that the top piece did not snap into the bottom piece as it should. He filed in the gap and raised the bottom piece up so it worked as designed, the man who did the install glued the top piece to the floor and didnt fix the pieces so they snapped together as they were designed to. The little extras Ramiro did show his pride in workmanship. Would not only recommend him but will use him on the future for projects.

Ramiro knows his stuff and is a very talented contractor. He sets the bar high for other contractors by delivering comprehensive and quality work at a great price. He and his team hung, patched, finished and matched texture in our old home which was a complex job. The texturing matching looks great and it s something we couldn t have done ourselves. He also helped us with other recommendations and jobs around our kitchen updating. Definitely will use Gens again when we remodel the basement and would recommend to others.

I had about 500 sqft of painted popcorn ceiling removed by Ramiro and his team. At the same time, new recessed lighting was installed and a smooth, flat finish was applied. I could not be happier with the results. Ramiro definitely has an eye for detail, and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Ramiro is a GEM!!! We had ALOT of work to be done and he and his team completed all work within the time frame stated at the beginning of the project. He has a great eye for detail and was very helpful in picking materials and finishes for the project. I love my "new" home and never dreamed it could be this beautiful.

Efficient and excellent work

Very good quality work - a bit expensive but worth it for my tight timeline. Some communications issues surrounding locking up, etc - but overall very happy with the end results.

Ramiro was responsive in helping me scope the project and get the work scheduled. I had a minor quality concern, and his team returned and got it addressed. Overall good work with a contractor that I would use again.

We were on a tight deadline to get several projects done for our appraisal. Ramiro and his team came in ahead of schedule and did high quality work. We then needed help with one last project and he made sure we were taken care of. After struggling for years to find a contractor who had good customer service and quality work, we highly recommend this company.

My renovation project was in bad shape after having another contractor (Phil Draper Construction) steal $40,000 (plus some of the kitchen cabinets) from my renovation budget. Gen's Remodeling recognized and fixed several items with the framing and plumbing that were done badly by the previous contractor. He charged a fair price and was able to work quickly to resolve the bad work from the previous contractor and got my renovation back on track. I wish I had gone with Gen's Remodeling from the start of the project.

I hired Gen's Remodeling to do some renovations on a townhouse I purchased. The owner Ramiro responded to my first email through Home Advisor within 5 minutes which was very helpful. I had popcorn celings retextured, the entire interior repainted and a loft created from a walled in bedroom upstairs. I was very happy with all the work done - it looks great! Ramiro was great to work with - he is excellent in communicating and met the deadline we agreed on. I also like the fact that he is a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in Denver and has an A+ rating. I would certainly recommend him and his company to anyone needing remodeling work and plan on using him again for additional work.

Ramiro came out on short notice after our initial drywall contractor didn't show. We had new drywall installed and a lot of patching. His crews were fast and efficient. The quality of his work was excellent! We had a support post that wasn't flush with a section in the wall to be re-drywalled and you can't even tell where it is now. There were two large seams in the ceiling where we took out walls and you can't even tell where the repair was. Excellent craftsmanship. We'd definitely recommend them.

I needed someone to do put up some drywall and do some drywall repair of my bathroom on EXTREMELY short notice. Ramiro was there the next day to oversee his installer at 7am to start on the project. The next day Ramiro himself did the mudding and texturing. The work was done in 2 days flat! Ramiro communicated well with any questions that I had. Great to work with!

Ramiro was especially skilled in matching the existing knockdown texture with the new project. He was not only fast but precise! I had other contractors try but fell short of Ramiro's standards. Very honest and prompt.

We hired Ramiro to finish our basement which was a 1,000 sq ft project. Ramiro did the framing, drywall, tape, mud, texture, electrical, plumbing, installed a sump pump and any other little odds and ends we needed done. Ramiro was a pleasure to work with and a great person all around. I would recommend him to anyone that is need of a small project or large project. We were extremely pleased with his work and honesty. If you are looking for any household project look no further...this is your guy!

Very professional and do work

I called them on a Tuesday they started on Thursday Great work I think cleanup could have used improvement, but regardless I was very pleased with work.

Its hard to read a review where the pro was rated all 5's and believe it. In this case you should. Ramiro did great work,Drywall, and texture. He was on time . He did what he said (and more). He is clean, professional, and I trust him to work in my home even with me not there. He knows many trades, and made safety recomendations for me to do, that I did to make my electrical safer. I am a little "handy", and Ramiro- pointed out things I could do to make my project right. His price was very fair, and the work was great. He works with a small group of guys that he knows well, and they work well together. The drywall, and texture came ot great.
