Asphalt driveway with block, great. Paver walkway and steps, great. Poured concrete cracked in 2 years. I should have listened to the salesman when he kept directing me to continue pavers. I now have to tear it out and redo it. Flawless it was not.

The workmanship was adequate. From day one, my diving board was never reinforced, the skimmers in my pool, sloppily done, one railing not put in wrong spot, and not even in properly and a lot of the sand is coming up in very obvious places. The "supervisor" apparently is not working for Flawless anymore and the owner, Devin has not made any effort to call me back. I will need to shell out more money and have another company repair their work.

Job was done earlier than expected. After I noticed that the fence wasn't put back exactly right, Devin came back the next morning to make sure it was fixed. No problem getting in touch with them and when they said they would be at my house they were. The patio looks amazing.

Michael presented current insurance policy, references with pictures and addresses upon his arrival for an estimate on our patio/2 stoops. Estimate wasn't the lowest but I was impressed by the presentation and negotiated a price. The project started 2 weeks after the proposed starting date.The job was completed with clean up in 3 work days to our satisfaction. Excellent communication was a plus you don't find with many contractors. This company I would recommend to family and friends.

Michael Infranco called, made an appointment, and kept his appointment. He looked over the project, discussed ways to correct it, and then gave me a price. We agreed, so we made a date for the work to be done. He came with another person, got to work, and completed the project quickly and cleanly. He gave me a warranty of his work. I was very satisfied with the finished product.

I have hired flawless for the job. the start date is in 1 1/2 weeks. I will follow up with the final outcome once completed. He offered a lot more for the same price. He is very knowledgable, attentive and professional.
