The service was great Ian came to pick up my generator as promised he repaired it and brought it back as promised all in all a wonderful experience. I hope to never need my generator repaired again but if I do I will call Ian at Gentech

The installed a back-up home generator for me, and also another generator at my building. I would recommend them very highly. They're very caring and prompt in their communications. They provided expert advice and was extremely helpful in solving some complex situations. My home generator was a whole home 55kw generator. Office generator was a 150kw.
