I was so pleased with the job James and his associate did. They were thorough and professional. When our carpets need cleaning again, these are the people I want to do the job. It was a most pleasant experience.

I got carpet cleaning done by them because I have multiple pets and there have been multiple accidents on the carpet. As a full-time student with a job, it is not easy for me to maintain the upkeep. I was informed that they use pet-friendly products that eliminate pet stains and odors (which was my primary concern, still is). After spending the money, the stains are still there and so are the odors. When I told the tech about it, he blamed me for having multiple pets and said you should ve called us the same day the accidents happened. He kept arguing with me to the point that I had to open my front door and ask him to leave but he still continued to argue about it. 2 hrs and $70 later, I am still exactly where I was last week. I am back to looking for recommendations for a better carpet cleaning service.

Sam was very professional. We had a very stained carpet through out the house. We did not expect to get the majority of the stains out. We had severe stains from our cat throwing up. I was greatly surprised to see the end product. Sam took his time and worked very hard. he did a three step cleaning process and did a fantastic job for what he had to work with. He was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the process and did not try to up sell us. We would highly recommend his services to any one who wants a professional job done.

Gentle Touch Cleaning left black lines under all baseboards. Did not use spot cleaner. I was able to remove stains with spot cleaner, that the technician previously advised were permanent.Terrible service, and would not recommend.

He called me within minutes after I requested a bid via HomeAdvisor, I was just about to request more bids when he called and his price was probably unbeatable. It's a rental property with a few dog stains in the master bedroom and he got them out and everyone is happy.

They were great to work with, gave me a very fair price for both, carpet cleaning and regular cleaning. They did a great job on the carpets, left them looking almost new. Amazing customer service, they make sure you are satisfied with their work or they come back and redo. Will definatly use again.
