This company came in as a consultation. She advised me on what kind of questions to ask, looked at the drawings. All this was done Pro-Bono, The contractor that did the original work ruined the Baseboard De Watering System. I ended up having to get someone to re-remodel the basement. I had two options. One recommendation was to replace the entire system which was the cheapest way to go, but the second company recommended adding French Drains which was more expensive. I consulted with Geo, I know that she is an engineer and I trust her judgment. I am so glad that I had Marilyn in my corner. She gave me the same courtesy she undoubtedly gives to a paying customer.
