For several months, we struggled to replace the faucets in our Jacuzzi tub. When Kris Burk of George Brazil came to the house to do other repairs, we asked him if it was practical to replace the existing Faucets on the tub. He spent considerable time investigating the installation and then told us it was an involved project, but it could be done. When we asked others for advice we had been told that in order to do the new faucet installation we would have to have the existing tub lifted. The next day Kris proceeded to install the new faucets which turned out to be a rather involved procedure, but he accomplished it. He also solve the problem that we had had for some time with recirculating hot water in our kitchen faucet. Kris Burk is a skilled and creative plumber. when we call George Brazil for plumbing services again we will be asking for Kris.

I had my water heater serviced on Friday 8/7/2026. My technician Jaime Heuring explained everything for a C student to understand from issues with the appliance to recommended service and parts. As a veteran I respected his professionalism and straight forwardness.

We have trusted George Brazil for many, many years.
In the past year we did a major electrical upgrade and switched to tank-less water heaters. We also had a toilet replaced.
The techs were all so conscientious and professional and really took their time.
Oscar was wonderful and so thorough;
Johnny Jr gave honest advice;
and today Nick Tibbs went above and beyond.
He waited exceedingly long for my elderly Mom to get the door and when she didn't, with permission he searched the property and climbed the fence into the yard (again, with permission).
Luckily she was there and was fine.
It seemed she didn't have power..... Nick double checked everything but it turns out the problem was everything had been unplugged.
Great patience and kindness--thank you, Nick!
