The work was done promptly and correctly. I had assumed from his phone call that George would contact me with an estimate before completing the work, yet he went ahead and did the work and left me a bill. That was ok as the cost was satisfactory and the work was done promptly. I just would have appreciated a phone call to let me know the cost, etc. before the work was actually done. He was extremely courteous and even called back to check on the work. I would probably use him again. Thank you.
