Great job replacing my system!

They provided me with information I needed to learn more about my system and they kept me informed every step as they made the repair.

Guys did a good efficient job. Would have liked a deeper vent cleaning. Also covering of exposed wires but overall good job. Have not cranked up my A/C to see if it is still properly working as it was before.

Our project involved replacing the oil furnace chimney. The receptionist at the beginning of telephone call was very pleasant, professional and coordinated with the Service Tech. George the service Tech was professional down to earth kind of guy.. He came by the house in a timely manner to assess what needed to be done, he took measurements so materials could be ordered. Project: Repair leaky baseboard heating pipe. Could not have been more satisfied with the repair job and professional approach to this problem than that I experience with Dimensions 500 Heating & Air. I had a heater pipe located in an extremely tight spot that sprang a leak. Checked first with a heating compy I usually call for such matters (A well-known, national company) and was informed that the fix was too difficult for them to perform without doing major deconstruction to the area - and at an unbelievable expense to me. Subsequently found a listing for Dimensions 500 Heating & Air. Had them survey the job and give an estimate. Long story short, Dimensions 500 Heating & Air was able to repair the leak with minimum damage to the area and at an unbelievable fair price. So refreshing to have the experience of working with such a delightfully and top quality company.

I called early on Father's Day to have my A/C repaired. I was given 4 Prociders. I requested a quote from all four. Only Dimensions 500 called me immediately on the same day. George came out and diagnosed the problem. Ms. Keata, provided exceptional customer service to setting up the contract. The work was completed within the timeframe just as he said. My A/C unit is working very well, my house is cool.
