Mike Krinninger returned my initial phone call same day. Great communication. He scheduled to come out for a quote and showed up when he said he would. Reasonably priced for what needed to be done. Scheduled the work and he did a great job installing my new doors. I could not be happier.. I would certainly use George Krinninger & Sons again and I highly recommend them.

I hired the contractor to replace 3 horizontal pieces of Cedar Siding with a 3/4 inch thickness. He replaced all 3 pieces of Cedar Siding with only 1/2 inch thickness. Each 1/2 inch piece is surrounded by 3/4 inch pieces of Cedar. Also, he Replaced 2 Cedar FASCIA pieces with Split, Damaged pieces of Cedar FASCIA. Also, he hung an area of 7.5 feet length of a New Sheet of Cedar Siding, 1/2 inch Lower than the adjacent Sheet of Cedar Siding. When he Chalked, the chalk was too thickly applied and he never used his finger covered with a damp rag to push the Chalking into those areas. And never Removed the Excess Chalk. My Painter needed to scrape out as much Chalk as he could and then redo all the Chalking. This poor workmanship was done to the Front of my House. I left numerous voice mail detailed messages and numerous text detailed messages for Mr. K. He never responded. I paid him $1,200. He instructed me to leave a check for full payment between the front and screen door. Everything Mr. K. did at my house must be redone. This has Delayed my house from being Stained. He may do fine for hanging/repairing doors or window screens. I will not receive any of my money returned from Mr. K.. Nor will he redo the work. I lost $1,200. I am a single 63-year-old woman.

Mike was fantastic. Prompt, courteous, friendly, professional. Returned phone calls right away, and scheduled us quickly, also did a great job of communicating when he would be able to get the job done. Did a great job rescreening all of our windows, same day, at our home. We had some issues, he went above and beyond trying to help us find solutions to the problem, and gave us some good advice. He had another gentleman working with him and he was also very courteous, friendly and professional. Will definitely contact again for future projects, and will recommend them.

Mike came out and gave an estimate.....both high and low. Because this is an older home, he was upfront and honest about the different scenarios we might encounter with our window replacement and let us know how much it would cost if it went smoothly and how much it would cost if there were issues that cannot be seen from the outside. He keeps us informed throughout the whole process, works quickly and cleanly and most importantly, he does things the RIGHT way, no cutting corners here. And the new windows look gorgeous. I will be hiring him again and again.

Mike came out, looked at the job, and emailed me an estimate a few weeks ago. They were here early this morning, removed damaged wood and siding, replaced with primed wood and siding. Mike is professional, courteous, and efficient. The did an excellent job on all the repairs, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I will definitely use Krinninger again.
