All the work we do we focus only on single family homes. That does mean that we do not do jobs for duplex homes or any type that fall under that category and this also includes any businesses. We only work for property owners and we do not work for realtors or third party contractors.

George was heavily invested in the project, capturing my requirements, giving helpful information as to pros/cons of certain decisions, offering up aesthetic advice, and ultimately supporting the final decisions I made. Timeline, professionalism, quality and clean up weâ re all above expectations. Very respectful and customer-oriented, George was on site every day with multiple check ins with me to make sure I was happy with everything.

I thought George and his crew did an excellent job in painting the house. In the beginning he said it would take 3-4 days and it came in at three. He told me in detail how he does his painting jobs and what I needed to do to prepare. He began with a complete washdown of the house. Then all windows and non painted surfaces were completely masked. Places where the stucco was pealing and cracked were repaired. There were places where the wood parts of the house were damaged, and these were patched and repaired . Several times he walked me thru the site and showed me his progress. At the end of the job we walked the perimeter of the house, and George showed me what he did and answered any questions that I had. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. It was a really good job. I don't know if this review is expected to cover the roofing job that George also did for me, so I'm going to discuss that also. Because of the circumstances of this house, we decided to do a patching job of the roof rather than a complete whole new roof. George determined that there were four areas requiring patches including patches to the subroofing wood. He said it would take a day, which it did. The crew removed the faulty subroof wood and replaced it with new wood. He had already painted the wood, with paint from the prior house painting job. The wood then was covered with the standard roofing materials. The rim that was removed that wraps over the facial wood was replaced. In one area a piece of the facial board had to be replaced and repainted. The whole roof was then painted with a sealant that should extend the life of the roof for several years. All in all an excellent job.

George Parks painting was outstanding. They completed my two-story house in 5 days. He is both a painting contractor and a roofing contractor which helped a lot when they had to remove some old, beautiful, brittle Mexican roof tiles so they could paint the second story. They came back and cleaned up the all of the roof debris until it was gorgeous.

George Parks was an excellent contractor to work with. He was personable and professional. He was able to tell us the details of what he proposed to do and was honest and without the pressure of an up-sell. We did opt for a full replacement of the tile in the front of our roof instead of doing a patching job at the site of a suspected leak. The price seemed fair and the job was executed with timely precision. His workers were very efficient yet thorough. George was constantly involved in showing us how the job was progressing and explained details of how and why certain things were being done. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I would recommend him highly!

George and his crew are the most excellent and efficient people we've hired to work on our house. They are very hardworking, very professional,very thorough, very knowledgeable, and they work fast. It took only 3days to paint my entire house, including the perimeter wall /fence inside and out. Though the maximum I can give them is 5 stars,they deserve 10 stars. George was very thorough on the painting project which also include new facia boards and gutters. He gave good suggestions when asked, he checked and double checked the details with us and was there with the crew every day to ensure things were moving along. The crew was very proficient and professional. They left our yard clean every day. The workmanship on the entire project was fantastic; we're very happy with the end result and the house looks great!

This is my second experience working with George. He installed a new roof about two years ago. We were so pleased with the first job that we called him back for paint as he does both quite well. We are NOT disappointed. A complete color change with plenty of prep work was done. We a quite happy with the outcome. The home looks completely different and so much better than before. Alls the better that the job was done in four days. George was here daily checking on progress and making sure we were happy with the work being done. That aside the pricing was more than fair. We will use him again without question AND we are more than glad to refer and recommend him to anyone.

George Parks attended to my admitted concerns over rain damage to my kitchen by having his crew put up a tarp to prevent further damage, When the rain stop they replaced a section of my tile roof. Another crew replaced my exiting rain gutters and down spouts. George was a gentleman the whole time and his crews were suburb!!
