"We went to Mrs. Joyce's and unstopped her toilet and replaced the fill valve, dug up the septic tank, and snaked the main drain from the cleanout on the side of the house then went to a Dollar General in Mullins or Nichols better yet shut down due to sewer coming back out of the floor drains in the middle of the store. We tried to hydro jet the floor drains and our letter went through the bottom of the pipe so, of course, we had to dig it up cut it out, and get our letter hose back. After having multiple conversations with Mrs. Joyce and promising her we would get there that day no matter what we would get there, she responds with "The proper way to do this is. . ." so we go back out to Mrs. Joyce at 10:00 PM like we said we would, her toilet handle was stuck in the up position as we merely touched it and it fell back into its original position and worked properly, we left and didn't charge a thing for coming back out for a different problem than the original call at nearly midnight. She couldn't have cared less about the business that was losing customers and money due to raw sewage coming back up on the floor of her toilet and telling YELP how unprofessional was the most important thing at that time. We understand her frustration and hope she finds a better more professional company to deal with her future plumbing issues and we would be glad to refund her the $85.00 she paid."
