White Elk Well Service

These folks were / are great for many reasons. The ONLY issue that I have is the cost for the replacement of my water tank. The most expensive replacment tank that I found anywhere is $550, but the one that I would have purchased to make the replacment myself was $350. There was a single union joint to be removed after draining the water and my cost was $1274.500. It just seems a lot for travel and labor. I did learn a lot about my system but even the education cost seems excessive. I regret not going down to look at the problem myself as I would usually do because I think I would have saved on this cost. Lastly, I could be totally wrong and again these folks were great customer service providers which makes it hard for me to leave a negative review.

Highly professional and conduct themselves in a timely manner. The owner is personable and very knowledgeable of their profession.

George is very knowledgeable, eager to explain his actions, and wastes no time getting to the problem and making necessary repairs/replacements. Was here when promised and worked until well after dark to return my water. Will definitely call him again if I have a problem.

My pump quit yesterday so I called White Elk Well Service and talked with George. He said he would be out the next day between 9:00 & 10:A.M. and he and his son arrived as stated. He then proceeded as he said "follow the current" and he found a broken wire at the pump head. He repaired the broken wire and got the pump going. I was impressed with George's knowledge and his professionalism. I will definitely call White Elk Well Service the next time I need well service. P.S. And just before he left I showed George a faucet that wasn't working and he took a quick look at it, then took it apart and cleaned the screen. Thanks George

Overall they did a GREAT JOB good attention to detail, wasted no time getting the job done. Very professional and respectful to deal with... Our new well pump was in and working in no time... I would certainly recommend them to anyone...
