George's HVAC

George installed our Ac unit three years ago. This is the third year that every summer we have a problem and there is no Freon. The first time You call George and he tells you ?yes he will come?. But he never does. He is great when it come down to selling you equipment but if your unit does not works it?s under warranty and If there is a problem, he will never come out to your property to fix the issue. Do not use his services. Do not buy anything from him because it?s customer service is horrible We will have to pay now another time another provider to finally figure out what the problem is because Gorge does not come. He leaves your waiting for 8 hours And after that he never calls and messages you back. This the third year that we have to pay out of pocket to try to fix the AC when it?s a brand new unit. And The funniest thing ever, he says that maybe someone is robing the Freon.. Trust me do not use him. We will be reporting him to American standard

They were professional - easy to work with. Started and completed work on schedule and because it was a central unit they offered a courtesy visit during the warming season to make sure the pressures are correct.

The new furnace and heat pump are installed and working. Had a minor problem with the humidifier. They were quick to respond and fixed the problem. I plan to use them when I have to replace my second unit.

Had a complete central air conditioning system installed. Great job and completed within one week. Mr. Hall and his staff were very courteous and attentive to our requirements and desires for the central air conditioning system. I gave an overall rating of 4.5 because of clean up and cosmetic repairs--this area needs improvement in my opinion. I would definitely recommed this company to others. Excellent craftsmanship and customer service.

The tank installation was not standard. The tanks are very small and have to be replaced often. We have to disconnect them and call for replacements. We cannot recommend this system.
