About us
I started out in the furniture/cabinet industry. Worked for a custom furniture/cabinet maker. I am a Structural Engineer by degree & a carpenter by main trade. I versed in the other trades as well. I hold a General Contractor license in Florida, in addition to 3 other Florida state licenses. I have the experience, knowledge & tools to perform most any task from simple repair/fix it to entire home renovations. I have a couple of design/plans creators who are reasonable on their pricing. I can produce estimates from simple to a complete breakdown of all materials & labor needed for projects for which estimates are required. I can work hourly or give a flat rate for the job. I have been in Florida for over 30 years & am familiar with construction codes,both state & local.
