"i fixed any issue joann had i disagree with her review totally,she had issues before i started the job,not a nice person at all, she had someone else originally do the job then called me to fix it, i advised her that to do the job properly it all had to be removed and re installed she didn?t want to do that, i explained that it would not fix the issues and she said do it as best you can,when I finished she wasn?t pleased , i told her from the beginning that this wasn?t the proper way to do it!"
