It saddens me to post this review but I would not want this to happen to anyone else. My first review was very positive about Gabriela S. on 3/8/2018 because she was very punctual and she did a very good job cleaning my home. We even gave her a Christmas Bonus because she cleans our house good. But she had become lacking in arriving on time her schedule time was at 9:30 she would not text until 10 min arrival saying that she would be late. Always had an excuse. But when it comes to your children I understood because I once had small so I knew that things happen and not only that but the traffic in Atlanta is horrible so I took all these factors into considerations. I told her just give me a heads up on when she is going to be late. I once had an appointment that I had to cancel because she was late. This last Friday she was to come out she text me at 9:12 saying she would be late because her vacuum broke. I texted back to tell her that I have two vacuums. Didn't hear anything from her until 9:51 saying that she had to drive to another location to pick up her vacuum cleaner. She said she would be at my home at 12, 3 or 5 I called her and ask what was going on when she answered the phone she asked was I mad at her I said know. I just want to know when can she would be coming, because I am having a meeting at my home on Monday and I have somethings I needed to do. She explained that she was waiting on her vacuum cleaner. But stated, it was ready and she would be at my home at 12:00 she never showed up instead at 12:44 she texted me to say that she could not clean my house because I was not flexible. I have been more than flexible and I really should not have been because she was working for me.

These 2 ladies are not only hard workers, starting immediately upon arrival and not stopping for anything, but seem to be very nice and kind individuals. I feel comfortable having them in my home and my home sure appreciates their attention.

I never had any issues with them and any issues I may have had, they came right back and fixed it.
