Georgia Foundation Solutions

I do not recommend Georgia Foundation Solutions for several reasons. My experience was that the company prioritized making the sale over taking care of the customer. After the initial consultation, I made it clear that if I decided to move forward with their proposal, I would contact them. Despite that, I received repeated phone calls and text messages over the next two days encouraging me to sign the contract. I eventually chose to hire them. Unfortunately, once the work was completed and my payment was received, communication became very difficult. I asked Hunter on four separate occasions to send me the photos he took during the installation, but I never received them. The work was completed on February 23, 2026. By May 16, I noticed significant erosion around every helical pier they had installed. I photographed the problem and sent the pictures to Drew, but he never responded. As the erosion became more severe, I called Hunter on July 6, but he did not answer. I then called Drew,

Phenomenal work and customer service, excellent timing and good quality work.

I requested a free estimate for a future home improvement. They were easy to contact , they were on time, they took their time to address my questions/concerns and they gave me a reasonable quote for the job.
