Yes the project that they completed was very professional the two gentlemen that they sent was very professional as well they went up they did their job and they were nice enough to clean up every step of the way behind themselves they were on time and the job looks good I have no complaints I would highly recommend this company thank you again for your professionalism and your great quality of work

Excellent quality of service

The insulation installation team arrived on time but when they tried starting their blower, they discovered it had no gasoline in the tank. They had to load it back on the truck to go put gas in it, thus adding about 1 hour to the project's time. Also, when two of the team members came back into the house, it was obvious that they had spilled gas on themselves when trying to move gas from a reserve tank they had into the blower's tank. The gas smell permeated our entire upstairs and irritated our eyes. If the truck doesn't come back pretty soon, I will be calling the sales rep to cancel the job and will look elsewhere.

Arrived on time. Were professional. Cleaned up after themselves. I will use then again.

They were late[ and did not call me. I had to call them and then they had to call the workers to find out why they were late. Their reason was not acceptable(did not inventory their equipment until they were well on the way to my house(they were missing stuff and had to go back and get it. Once they got here, and went up to the attic to do the work on the baffles, they discovered they had the wrong size, and had to call the home office and have them bring the correct size. This took almost an hour. They were supposed to take before and after pictures. I asked to see the pictures and they said, oops, I forgot. they then had to take the ladder off the truck, reenter the attic to take the pictures. They said the office would send them. Several days and nights have gone by and I still do not have the pictures. I hope the work was sufficient and I will wait for the next bill from the electric company to see what, if any difference, it makes. What should have taken an hour and a half, ended up taking over for hours.

Very professional and did a great job with my attic insulation. Five stars!
