I had squirrels in the attic. They sealed the spaces leaving a one way exit so the squirrels couldn't return. The squirrels were gone in a couple of days.

I am extremely about the inspection done by Mr. Mathew. So decided to finished my work by them. They also price matched with other Co. Mr. Edwards who finished the job is very nice person too, He explained me everything. Overall I am very happy about their service.

Trappers came out when they said they would, assessed the critter problem, gave me an estimate and told me what needed to be done. They came to do their work when they said they would and did an excellent job.

So needless to say I had rats. The crazy thing is when I moved in I didn’t have that problem. So the trapper got here and immediately said I know where your rats are coming from. There was a building across the street that he did some work in because it was abandoned but now it’s not so the rats were looking for a new home. I mean I had like real juicy adult rats in my house and they had babies. So needless to say I was all the way freaked out and really considered burning my house down. No lie but 16 dead rats later I’m left to clean up the mess but the guys did a great job.

Denise of GLWT was prompt, professional and pleasant when she contacted me to understand what I needed done. She was a very good listener and followed up as promised. Some of the pros declined the job because they were not equipped to deal with chipmunks.The GLWT tech came the same day I was contacted. He explained my options and the likely effectiveness of each one. We proceeded with the faster option. He was thorough and professional. It s been less than 48 hours siince the treatment was done but there seems to be a decrease in visible activity in the yard. Time will tell how well it works.

I couldn't speak more highly of this team. They are reasonably priced and are committed to ensuring all of the animals are gone regardless of how long it takes. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly group of guys and Denise was a pleasure to deal with for scheduling. Highly recommend!!
