I understood the new hot water heater was the same size as the one that was removed. Found it was a lot smaller and have not gotten a response to my calls or texts to get this resolved

They were very professional. The removal of the old water heater and the installation of they new one was quickly and efficientaly done. I was very happy with the results.

Hunter did a great job installing a point-of-use water heater under the kitchen sink. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it.

Scheduling is ridiculous and unprofessional. They rescheduled twice and then canceled the last time five minutes after they were to arrive.

They came on site In February 23th to partialy install a new sewer pipe and the owner Hunter sent his stuff to our proerty and replaced the cast iron sewer pipe witht the PVC pipe to resolve the leak, very knowable and they remin on site to answer all of our questions. They also followed up on site for the 4 months inspection, because of thir experties ansd prommise keeping request i would used them and recomend them to any Georgia customer.

Update 6/18/19 - I was promised a refund on April 2, 2019. For more than 2 months I had emails and phone calls about the refund and many promises that the check was being sent. 10 weeks later, still no refund, but plenty of excuses. Avoid dealing with this company. Honesty and integrity are sadly lacking with them. Trying to work with Georgia Plumbing has been the most frustrating, maddening and exasperating experience in my 22 years of home ownership. Hunter missed the first appointment to give me an estimate and then, two days later was 2 hrs late to give me an estimate. The next week his worker was 4 hrs late to do the job and did a pitiful job of what he did do. He installed low flow workings in 30 yr old toilets and totally screwed up putting on the flush handles. One I have to pull up and hold to get to work and the other doesnâ t work at all. Hunterâ s helper, Aaron didnâ t do what he promised (send me my payment receipt and guarantee) after me calling 3 times over the next 6 weeks (and texting too), but today was the absolute end of this experience for me. I called Hunter Thursday after discovering that his worker had turned off the water to my outdoor faucets and not turned it back on. Hunter made an appointment with me to come at 2 p.m. today, Sunday, March 31st, to turn the faucets back on and re-do the horrible job of replacing the toilet workings that his worker did. Not only did Hunter NOT show up at all (itâ s 8:35 p.m. now), but he didnâ t call either. This job was initiated on October 22, 2018. Five months later, the job is still not done and I will have to call someone else to fix the mess Georgia Plumbing has made of my home. Every time I have spoken with Hunter, itâ s been a litany of excuses - too much work, hard to find good employees, running late, etc. Every time iâ ve spoken to Aaron, itâ s been promises with no results. If there was a way to give Georgia Plumbing a negative star rating, I certainly would.

An honest, professional company

Georgia Plumbing was supposed to fix my sewerline. Instead they made a monster mess of my front yard, sidewalk, driveway, and walkway to the house for an entire month. They hit my credit card without fixing repair; and instead of doing repairs, they offered extending warranty from 7 to 9 years! How can they stay in business with horrific service to use the warranty?? They never fixed my sewerline or reinforced it as intended. Instead Georgia Plumbing left a big hole and muddy mess in my front yard!! I had to hire another plumbing company to do the entire job and cleanup Georgia Plumbing's mess after losing tenants. Georgia Plumbing was my worse contracting experience ever!!

I worked with Hunter, Aaron and David they were all amazing! My work was done the next day, which made me very happy. They were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them highly!

Hunter is very conscious about offering great customer service and great value. They did a great job and I will use them in the future.

Great experience! Hunter showed up has promised had all the parts needed and fixed the problem with no issue. I will recommend Hunter to friends and he’ll be the first call for future plumbing needs.
