He was very professional and friendly. Arrived on time, charged the agreed price and fixed my repair. He needed to make an extra trip and did not charge me extra, even though I offered to pay him a trip charge. He is our electrician.

I am very pleased with the work Slayton did at my home today. They were courteous, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair and consistent with similar small, locally owned electricians, but the difference is the service. They came out and completed the work same day as quote, taking care of the customer and moving with a sense of urgency. They didn’t talk down to me because I was a woman or for any other reason. This is difference that businesses who care about customer satisfaction make. That’s what I like to see and I’ll send business their way because of it.
