Chad came out right away. He analyzed the situation, provided a quote, and how long it would take him to complete. He was timely, courteous, and took his time and explained everything to me regarding how he was going to get the bats out. Not only did he get the bats out, he fixed the area where they could not return.

From the moment Chad answered the phone he was very professional. After talking to him briefly I realized he was also very knowledgeable in the pest (squirrel) removal business. He offered a free inspection, so I took him up on it. We met the very same afternoon and he inspected the area, took pictures, showed me the problem, explained the repair, provided an very reasonable estimate, completed the repair and left. He states that when he picked up his cage (trap) we would settle payment. I really appreciate dealing with Chad and I cannot give him a high enough review.

Chad called and came out promptly to assessed the problem. After entering the attic, he provided pictures of signs of two rodents, discussed a plan, and price. Then he returned 3 days: one to install traps and secure home from outside eliminating all openings from outside, next to check traps, and third to check traps again, remove them and sanitize my attic. He was always friendly, on time, and discussed his actions that day and next steps. The price was reasonable and is guaranteed even if I sell to another home owner, with my paperwork from him I highly recommend recommend Georgia Rodent Removal.
