Pines Plumbing and Septic repaired my leaking shower. After failed attempts by previous plumbers they persisted until it was fixed. Also replaced my water heater, water main install and toilet repair. They arrive when they say they will and keep in communication throughout the repair process. They located a couple hard to find parts taking into consideration the cost of these parts. I finally found a reliable trustworthy plumber that I can call for any future needs. Thanks for a job well done.

Routine job which took over 3 hours to complete and got charged extra. Some background : I hired this company to install a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. An hour or so into the job they realized they are missing a key tool to remove the old faucet. They said they had to run to Home Depot to buy the tool and then come back. When they came back and finally finished the job, they added to my bill the actual time it took them to go to Home depot and come. And not only did they charge me for tool, but they kept it as well. Are you kidding me? In summary I was not very happy with their service and honestly, any plumbing company which doesn't have the right tools to their job should NOT pass on that cost to their customer!

"Hey Karim, sorry you had that experience with us. All of our other customers have felt satisfied with our services and given us 100% 5-star reviews. I think there is some confusion on your job which is understandable. Who ever installed the garbage disposal previously put a bolt through the strainer lock which does not belong there. Due to where they put it in and that it didn't belong there, we had to get it out with a tool that is not common at all. The tool we purchased was necessary to remove that bolt and by doing, so we were able to save you from replacing the sink. I had to charge you for that tool because it's not something we will use again nor is it a common tool to have on a plumbing truck. Every plumbing job is not black and white, and we did our best to save you some money. We charged you for the tool because we do not use that tool and it was necessary to save the sink, and we even offered to let you keep it since we had to charge you for it which you declined. We are sorry you were unhappy with your experience and to make it up to you, we will offer you 50.00 off your next service call, so we can prove to you that we are as reliable and fair as all of our other reviews reflect. Thank you for choosing us back in May, and we look forward to making it up to you. Have a great night"

Tommy and his brother arrived on time as promised with a fixture prepared to do the work. The area under my sink has a lot or convoluted drainage and I was concerned that it was going to be difficult job.They were very friendly and professional and replace a faucet in less than an hour. The job was clean and well done at a reasonable price. These guys are my new plumbers. I can recommend them them without reservation.
