Dean is no longer licensed to mitigate or test for Radon and has not been since May of 2021 He was using a tester that was due for calibration in 2012. He also did not design the system to code having its exhaust at the wrong location, bonded ground to neutral in a sub panel, and did not seal around the piping where it passed through the siding of the home.
