We provide Property Preservation, Engineering Consulting and Construction Oversight services throughout the State of Maryland. We specialize in Residential and Commercial Structural Assessments, Project Drawing Review & Certification, Load Bearing Determinations, Foundation Assessments, and Pavement Evaluations. We work closely with residential and/or commercial property owners, banks/lenders and asset management companies, government agencies, as well as new and experienced developers, renovators, and rehabbers. Our staff has built the necessary experience and expertise to maintain real property assets, conduct assessments, facilitate inspections, and oversee a multitude of light- to heavy-duty construction projects.
