I am giving this company one star only because zero is not an option. My bathroom remodel was a disaster from the start. On the first day, the contractor arrived with three workers who did not speak English. They began demolition without shutting off the water, which caused a major leak that soaked the ceiling and floor of my basement. I was not notified until much later, and the contractor was reluctant to address the damage. Shockingly, he even demanded full payment for labor that same day, without mentioning how or when he would fix the mess they had caused. On the final day, things got even worse. They poured paint and dirty materials all over my garage door. Because I refused to pay an additional $400 they suddenly demanded to complete the job, they deliberately installed the shower door crooked out of spite. Overall, the workmanship was poor, the communication was awful, and the entire experience was unprofessional. I strongly advise against hiring this company.
