They deserve 0 stars!!! I am about to purchase a home and i hired them for a well test. After charging me $760 for the test, they emailed me results today saying test wasnt completed because the pump failed. Pump was fine and operating when they started their 5 hour work, its a 6 year old house and pump. They never called us to inform what happened but emailed a result day before the close which is today. They refused to respond to many messages left by the seller. They told my realtor they will want $187 to come back to diagnose the problem. We will 100% be litigating this matter if its not made right asap. I cant believe they can be in business, charge for a test that doesnt get completed while they break the equipment and not tell anyone.

Helped me with a complex water system, only issue is they are slow to respond sometimes. Thankfully the ladies that answer the phones are always pleasant and as helpful as they can be. Overall I am happy with my water system and the technician was a rockstar!!

The folks at Geowater acted immediately to diagnose and follow up on needed well repairs. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Gerald, Scott, and other team members, worked well together to solve not only my pump and well problem, but also tackled an unrelated water pressure issue. Instead of sending out a technician, Scott remembered the room setup and Gerald guided me through a troubleshooting via telephone, which saved me time and money. I found this to be very impressive and not typical. These are caring, hard working individuals and I would highly recommend them.

Geowater responded promptly to my inquiry and had someone out promptly to evaluate the problem, which, they quickly determined that the well pump had expired and needed to be replaced they then clearly explained what needed to be done and what it would cost and worked out a plan that would allow me to afford the urgently needed repair and were out the following day with two technicians who had the well pump replaced and water back on to my home lickety split. It was a tremendous experience from start to finish. I feel very confident recommending them to anyone needing well services and equally as confident that you will be well pleased with your experience with them.

They showed up exactly when they said they would. Their technician, Gordon, seemed very knowledgeable and got right to work. He had all the parts he needed with him so the repair went really quickly. Would highly recommend.

We have used GeoWater for the past 15 years and they have been great. However, they have new workers who don't know what they're doing and this is actually becoming known in the community. Dave knows his stuff, but beware of the new guys. GeoWater replaced our old 10 year old pump that died (and they had installed). When they did, one of their new guys wired it wrong and the pump did not shut off for days causing it to overheat and fall off the piping. Then, with a new pump installed, the well suddenly stopped producing water. Turns out the overheating pump caused the well to collapse and we ended up pumping sand into our cistern and pipes. A real mess. With this, GeoWater became unresponsive. We had to dig a new well and used another company to fix it.

Our technician was awesome; very experienced, and explained things clearly to us. He went right to work and fixed the problem. Very prompt with service and clearly care about their customers. A little slow with follow-ups (receipt for payment and water testing results), but their front office staff was very helpful and took care of those issues as soon as I called. Overall, a great experience, and we wouldn't call anyone else to help with well water/pump issues in the future.
