I had attempted to install a ring video doorbell. I thought it would be simple but found out my doorbell system did not have enough power and needed a new transformer I called several electricians to have this done but none of the local contractors called me back. I put my project on Home Advisor and they listed Jerry. I emailed him with the details of my project and he called me back within minutes to schedule a time to come and look at what I needed. when he came he confirmed that i would need a new transformer. He quickly replaced that but the doorbell would not work He went above beyond and called Ring customer service and got them to send a replacement doorbell and a part. Once I got these parts I notified him and he returned within 2 days of my contact. He used the new items and had the doorbell working within 10 minutes. He was professional and made certain the job was completed satisfactorily before billing me. With 2 trips I was pleasantly surprised at how low his bill was. I will use him again and will recommend him to anyone seeking an electrician. I don't believer 5 stars is enough. He was top notch, A plus and 100 percent.
