The individuals sent ( who stated they were roofers) did a VERY subpar drywall repair using my kitchen to mix the powder mud and my trash can to dispose of the excess numerous times making a horrible mess. They painted a small amount of the ceiling repair and I stopped them as they had paint on the walls as well as the ceiling. The surface was far from sanded smooth though it was not really visible until I got closer so I paid the bill. Gerald ran right to the bank with it so fast I could not stop payment! The owner was notified and he said he would stop by but of course, he did not. I just spent 4 hours on a ladder trying to sand out the edges and paint the walls and the ceiling and scrubbing off the dirty hand prints. Hopefully, it will pass the buyer inspection.

"Sorry, but you gave my guy permission to use your sink. You had a problem with two previous professionals. And quite frankly the pictures that you sent us were after you admittedly messed with the patchwork after my employee left. Then you did not want to pay for materials."

Gerald is a good guy, but he has a lot on his plate and some of his guys were unreliable unless Gerald was there to make sure work was being done. End of the day every thing worked out. But I heard he closed his business to focus on other endeavors
