contractor took 7 months and would not return my calls unless he felt he needed a progress payment. Ii left many messages but he seemed to put every other job ahead of mine. Ii never heard so many excuses for not returning my calls. He only worked this project on weekends or evenings. even though his contract stated the project would be completed during the month of April 2008 he dragged the project out for 7 months. He wasted no time to show up for a payment. He also brought an impressive portfolio as well as brochures for supplies that I could use for the project, which made it easier to visualize.

Good price and quick service. Removed old lawn, added topsoil, resided lawn, added mushroom manure and straw. The grass is now up and growing nicely. They have fertilized the lawn once already and are applying a winterization fertilizer free of charge in November. I highly recommend using Gerba Lawncare.
