Competitive quote, quick response and fast scheduling. Arrived on time and completed the gutter cleaning swiftly.

I got several bids to remove about 75 lineal feet of patio masonry block wall that was sinking and bulging out. It had several separations between blocks and was concerned it was a real hazard. Germizi construction gave a good fair bid on the job, significantly under the highest bid but over a couple of low bids from companies that didn't seem as qualified. They followed my suggestions on how to re-build the wall with existing blocks and new backfill and foundation material. They also installed geo-textile to prevent soil from going into the new backfill and preventing drainage and geo-grid to help stabalize the wall. The repairs also included removing and replacing a lot of pavers on the patio floor adjacent to the wall repairs and they powerwashed the entire wall and paver area and added polymetric sand around the pavers. They were very knowledgable about masonry work and did an excellent job. I would recommend them for any masonry job.

They installed a wall on the back . Removed the siding of the house and installed stone veener. Job was completed on time it took Robert and his crew like a week but everything came out perfect. I been living in this house for 17 years and using the fireplace all the time and recently started getting smoke back . I had julian over who explained very well why my chimney cannot be cleaned anymore but I will need to install a chimney liner. I hired them and they were punctual and a reasonable price I would definitely use this guys in other projects

Awesome job on power washing and repointing the bluestones at my backyard patio

My front all brick steps needed repoint because mortar in between was falling off. Robert came and gave me a solution to remove the soldier bricks and install limestones instead also replacing the landing. Job was completed in one day and looks terrific.
